The Restaurant: the pleasure of taste


The smallest catering details are cared for by Chef Caterina Magnanini (a member of the Italian Academy of Cooks) and by her staff.
The spacious dining room, bright and pleasantly air-conditioned, breathtakingly overlooks the sea. Buffets rich with appetizers, fresh vegetables and cheese, offering delicious menus, homemade desserts, and the courteous availability of our staff that will attend to your needs at lunch and dinner; they will provide you inviting suggestions to try the delicate tastes of the sea in addition to refined meats. We also offer a hand-picked selection of farm products personally chosen from local farmers and always available at lunch and dinner. In the rich and tasty buffet breakfast, you can choose from many different types of fruit jams, yogurt and cereals, home made cakes and cookies, fresh croissants, fruit juices, toasted bread and freshly baked bread, cheese and cured meats, healthy fresh fruit, to start the day the way you prefer, but always with taste and energy. Like in the old traditions of the Romagna region, the pleasure of meeting at the table is fundamental, because it is by staying together that bonds are strengthened and it is for this reason that our entire staff will make ensure that your meals will be a relaxing moment as well. Savouring the typical products of our territory and the appetizers we periodically propose will remain a pleasant and tasty memory of your vacation.

 

CHILDREN AT THE TABLE: To guarantee maximum comfort and a pleasant vacation for mom and dad, our restaurant opens early for our small guests, who can enjoy eating in tranquillity and silence. Our chef will prepare soup with pasta, sauces, meat and fish cooked specifically for their tastes.

 

ATHLETES AT THE TABLE: our restaurant has flexible hours to allow a comfortable return from your excursions and your sport activities. Request more information on our special menus for cyclists and active guests.

Request information for any need: allergies or intolerances are in no way a problem for us, they are just another way for us to demonstrate our courteous and smiling service. Also, our Chef is certified in the preparation of plates for those suffering from celiac disease.
